Jason Ambrose
Managing Director and Founder

Jason is an expert engineering economist with over 15 years of industry experience. In 2001, he founded Palantir Solutions, a specialist consulting partnership and software development company. As Managing Director, Jason is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company. Reporting to him are the Development Manager, Consulting Manager, Marketing Director and Finance Manager. In addition to his extensive experience Jason holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada.

Bryan Dyck
Development Manager

As the lead architect and designer for Palantir Solutions, Bryan manages development of the next generation of our economic evaluation and analysis tools and applications. He also works closely with clients in the oil and gas industry and on small custom development projects related to economic evaluation and analysis. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Management Information Systems, from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Susan Fox
General Manager and Global Marketing Director

Susan joined Palantir Solutions after amassing over 10 years of experience in product management, branding, channel development and strategic planning for the electronics industry. In addition to her marketing experience, she was appointed General Manager and Global Marketing Director due to her management and global business acumen. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland, USA and an M.B.A. with distinction in International Business from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

Henry Hawkins
Consulting Manager

With over ten years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Henry has extremely broad knowledge, from well logging all the way through to economic evaluation and portfolio optimisation. He currently manages Palantir Solutions’ consulting team in the UK and internationally. Henry holds a MSc. in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, London, UK and a B.A. Hons. in Engineering from Cambridge University, UK.

Fiona Macmillan
Policy and Corporate Affairs

Dr. Macmillan has worked for Palantir Solutions since the company started over ten years ago. Fiona has particular expertise in risk, uncertainty and investment decision-making in the upstream segment of the energy market. Her primary role is within the sales and marketing team driving the sales effort and organising educational industry events. Fiona has a number of publications to her name and has presented her research papers at international energy conferences. She holds a first class M.A. Hons. Degree in Mathematics and Management Studies and a Ph.D. in Management Studies and Economics both from University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Dean MacPherson
Principal Consultant and CFO

Having worked in the oil and gas industry for 14 years, Dean has a lot of expertise focused on planning and accounting. He is primarily responsible for the company's finances and also acts as Principal Consultant where he applies his strong understanding of economic analysis and fiscal regime modelling. Dean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Major in Accounting, from St. Francis Xavier University, N.S., Canada.

Raj Sen
Principal Consultant and General Manager Palantir South East Asia

After 10 year of diverse oil and gas industry experience, Raj was entrusted with opening Palantir Solutions’ office in Singapore. He has a sound understanding of the petroleum industry with extensive knowledge of portfolio management as well as fiscal modelling, and is particularly interested in decision/risk analysis. Raj holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) - High Distinction from the University of Queensland - Mt Eliza Business School, Melbourne Australia (now integrated with the Melbourne Business School.)

Aditya Thangirala
General Manager, India

Aditya has more than 10 years of experience in developing complex software applications. He was involved in the development of Palantir Solutions’ products from their inception in 2003 and heads the offshore development centre of Palantir Solutions in India. Prior to this, he worked in developing applications related to investment banking, GPS navigation and communication systems. Aditya holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and Masters in Computer Applications from Osmania University, India.
